Me and a bunch of other painters are going to try painting a mini each in under three hours. Constraints are always good for creativity and it will be really interesting to see what happens when the clock is ticking... I decided early on to paint a plaguebearer - they have lots of skin where I can really go to town with drybrushing and washes and not that many other details to slow things down.
