Some go ever further and rid themselves of their soft human bodies altogether and implant their living brains into robotic bodies. While superficially resembling servitors, these hulking constructs retain all their free will, though the process leaves them cold and utterly void of human emotion.
Amazing job. Nice and gritty paint scheme. He resembles a mini fallen Imperial Knight. Iiiinteresting!ReplyDelete
Thanks Jordan. I went for a very blanchean paint scheme on this guy - almost only drybrushing and inks upon inks...Delete
Great job Jeff! Clever move changing the head as this one has a ton of character compared to the other one.ReplyDelete
Cheers mate! Yes - this head works a LOT better methinks. Much more mhorrigotii in style.Delete
Unpainted, I wasn't sure about this one, but now he's all done and colourful, he looks flippin brill'. The background just adds icing to it all.ReplyDelete
I agree - it did really come together in the paintjob. Sometimes you just have to stop converting and trust the paint to do the rest.
I love this miniature very much. Still unmistakable as a member of the Mhorrigot with the hood, nails and hook/sickle.ReplyDelete
Heavy, clunky and sinister.
The overall colouring and weathering are great. And I like how you've used the blue spot colour to balance out the entire scheme across the miniature.
Cheers! In hindsight though, the blue cable on his back probably would look better with black and yellow stripes...Delete
