I think celebrations are in order!

"Yaaay!" says the assembled mechanicvm warband.

  2. I can only emphasize what Jordan has already said. This is definitely my favorite group of yours. They all are amazing models in their own rights but together they look wonderful. Well done man!

  3. Congratulations on the page-views!

And that is a beautiful little band of miniatures.

  4. It's great seeing group with so many recognizably human shapes marching side by side with the weirder characters of the 40 1st millennium. Especially when you have done such an excellent job in making them fit so nicely together.

Congratulations on the page views by the way. This blog definitely deserves the attention.

  12. Beautiful, that is a tremendous collection and they look so good as a group. Great use of the new models.

  13. That is quite amazing -- and also very well deserved, of course! So I am only very slightly jealous ;)

The Mechanicus warband is looking excellent -- let me just mention that the recent servitor is possibly one of my favourite models of yours, in spite of the simplicity of the conversion. You never fail to amaze, mate! Keep on trucking! ;)

    1. Thanks buddy!

Glad you say taht - it really seems I´ve hit something with that servitor. Might be something in the water. "Borg? Sounds swedish" as the say in Star Trek: First Contact...

  14. You never cease to amaze. Any chance of getting this image in a much larger resolution. I'd like to put it up as a wall paper to keep me inspired.

  17. What makes this blog really awsome is that dedication into constantly producing stuff. Your passion and dedication really shines through. There is a particular style - very personal - going on here. Bold colours - lots of blues - and a will to get models finished and "out there" for comments and discussion straight away. Passionate and professional sums it up nicely I think.

    1. Thank you so much for you kind words Jakob!

I think a lot of my style has to do with the fact that I'm not a perfectionist. I try to take things to about 90-95% but never to a 100. This goes for my illustrations as well.
The reason behind this is that those final 5% takes as long or longer to get to, as getting something to 95% and I'd much rather produce a lot of really good stuff than a few perfect models. I think that is an integral part of the percieved professionalism - knowing when something is good enough and moving on.

    3. I'm very glad you say that. You're really one of my absolute favourite painters so that means a lot. Cheers Jakob.

  18. No wonder you're getting so many views. This is one of the best blogs out there, period :)

Btw. Me and Kraut both came to the conclusion that we'd like to see you paint a fairly stock electro priest just because the GW paintjob is very likely making it look bad. I mean seriously what where they thinking!

    So up for it? :)

    1. Hehe. I replied to that on Krauts blog.

In short: don't hold your breath...

  19. I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
liver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
