Work has been slow lately - real life suddenly reared it's ugly head, so my focus has been elsewhere.
I have cobbled together two new chaos warriors though. The plan is to batch paint these guys, along with the others I showed a while ago, and then move on to the chaos trolls.
Two weeks to go...
I can still make it! Willpower Hal Jordan!!!
On a sidenote - the Convertorum turned 3 last week (which completely slipped my mind at the moment)! Hooray for me!
Yes, hooray for that!
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks for continously supplying us mere mortals with a sh*tload of inspiration more often than not.
Best!
Cheers mate!
DeleteHipp hipp hurra!
ReplyDelete+1 to what FPOA said :)
Great looking warriors too, really like the kit-bashes.
Tackar tackar!
DeleteGlad you like them - these guys were pretty rushed, but sometimes you hit on something you wouldn´t have when you just throw stuff together without overthinking it...
Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteI also like the warriors. Especially the the last one has a quite interesting mix of bits! I'm not a fan of their swords though. I think they would look better with more realistic weapons.
Cheers mate.
DeleteYou´re probably right about the swords - I´m not a huge fan of the plaguebearer swords either. The pointy stick look work quite well on the first guy though, but the second might well receive a swap.
Congratulations on three fantastic years! Your blog has been a constant source of wonderful models; thank you for taking the time to share them with us!
ReplyDeleteI like the two new warriors, particularly that use of the old warrior legs. It seems very fitting, he he. I actually like the swords. While they might not be the greatest thing, they are interesting and scaled well (something that can rarely be said about GW weapons).
Thanks Adam!
DeleteIf you're into realistically sized weapons I think warhammer might be the wrong game... ;-)
I like the stick sword on the small guy but the other ones got swapped - it looked better with a sabre courtesy of the blightkings.
Congrats JE. Always a pleasure to see each and every post you stick up.
ReplyDeleteHope Real Life buggers off and lets you chill.
New Warriors are very nice. Though like Wilhelm, I'm not sold on the PB swords. The warriors are solid looking, whilst the swords look like teeny rapiers or fragile daggers in contrast to me and so out of place.
Cheers mate! I think things will be back to normal soon.
DeleteCongratulations! I am looking forward to see some paint on them, and to see them in real life!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I'll get 'em painted ASAP!
DeleteLooking good! I like that last guy especially, the proportions are so creepy.
ReplyDeleteCheers! I like him as well - he looks so miserable.
DeleteGrattis kompis :)
ReplyDeleteI like the sword, they look like stalagmites. Broken rocks used as weapons by the mad and bad.
Tack polarn!
DeleteThe PB swords sure are weird - a little like flintstone, a little like branches and theres also something vaguely crystalline. Normally not a fan but they have their uses. To small for plaguebearers though.
I was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
ReplyDeleteliver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
