The spice must flow

Added some fallen leaves to round off the base. Quite happy with the result.

They're pieces of oregano btw.
I must confess I found the extremely nerdy act of buying seasoning at the supermarket specifically for modelling purposes immensely satisfying.

  3. Leaves look very nice and naturally spaced about the scene.

    1. I actually sprinkled them on the base and glued them where they fell.

  5. I'm still not there with basing. I've barely started doing things other than "put a texture on it, and wash or drybrush it".

    1. Try it - it's a great way to enhance a mini. I really recommend the texture paints as an easy shortcut.

IMO it does actually help bring it more into Oldhammer. A good one!

    1. Yeah, it does make quite a difference. It adds texture and grounds it in reality somehow.
